Ballarat Property Group were most helpful when we were required to re-let our property. Firstly they ensure that the outgoing tenant left the property in the condition that we first let it out. We saw this as an opportunity to do some upgrades to property to which BPG were most helpful in advising us of the areas that enabled us to achieve a higher rental return on our property. The new tenants that they found are more then we hoped for.

She has been readily available, very helpful with advice regarding the rental applications and kept us updated at all times. She has also recommended good tradespeople to carry our maintenance and repairs.
