I’ve been with Buxton for 8 years - Fhil is wonderful he recently provided amazing care and service in helping me find a new property to rent. Fhil took time to understand my circumstances and found me a property that fit my family perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Realestate!

I have found Buxtons to be very helpful and efficient in finding new tenants in a short time. Always cheerful and supportive when dealing with problems at rental properties.

We built this third house with JGKing Homes at Smythes Creek. Once everything is sorted out, like design, price, and variations (if any), then it is smooth sailing without any stress. We also found that they built our houses relatively fast. They regularly sent us photos of the progress and kept us updated by emails and phone calls.

Tayla and the team at Buxton has been amazing to date. The follow up and communication through the process of leasing out our property has been absolutely seamless. Tayla’s knowledge and experience of the local area was clearly evident through being able to secure a great tenant - timeframe and price were both above my expectation! Couldn’t be happier with the service so far and looking forward to working with the Tayla and the Buxton team in the future

Our family's many thanks to Katelyn, a most professional and cooperative property manager well ahead of her young years. She has an excellent career ahead of her with your firm

I have had a wonderful experience so far with Buxton Ballarat. The agent at the open for inspection was welcoming and able to respond to questions efficiently and effectively. The leasing agent has been very helpful in facilitating all of the signing and paperwork, and made the application process easy. All communications have been friendly and timely, and I am very glad that I have signed the lease for this property with Buxton. Good job, team!

Tayla from Buxtons has been incredible. Since taking over my investment property she arranged photos, inspections and had great new tenants signing a lease in only 2 weeks. Absolutely great to deal with and made it all very easy and seamless.

I have interacted personally and over email with quite a few Buxton agents - Brianna, Anthony, Josh and jasmine- and I found all of them to be very professional and prompt in carrying out their tasks. No complains and would return to avail their services any time.
