Even though my agent has changed several times recently, I am more than happy with their professionalism and communication.

I could honestly not fault the professionalism and approachability of Sarah - Jane as my rental agent , helping me to navigate any hiccups so that it all ticks along seamlessly. Having said that , Liam in the sales team was exemplary too

We are renting our property through Buxton Real Estate and Tayla is our property manager. I could not be any happier with Tayla. She is an amazing judge of character, down to earth, efficient, knowledgeable, organised and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better property manager. She is always readily available and ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have. If she misses a call, she will call you back the same day. If anyone is looking for someone to manage their property, I definitely recommend you give Tayla a call!

Prompt responses to calls and emails, great follow up with issues and her attention to detail, professional and friendly in her approach - these are just some of attributes we benefit from. We appreciate Jasmine's efforts and her focus on understanding the needs of the landlord and tenant.

The team at Buxton were amazing to deal with, from application to moving in. Our rental manager Ben is clearly compassionate and made us feel comfortable as first time renters and would highly recommend himself and the Buxton team.
