Had an amazing experience with my now real estate agent. Efficient, friendly and very responsive to any questions. Had my application submitted and approved extremely fast, would definitely recommend Buxton real estate for rental applications.

The house is amazing and the property manager started off great but since moving in over a week ago I have emailed her and have had no response back.

We have been using Buxton to manage our property for a number of years now and our current manager Tanya has been excellent as they all have. They have always found very good quality tenants and organize to get any issues sorted in a timely manner. Our current tenants have decided to move on and Tanya managed to find new tenants within days off market saving us some of the advertising costs.

I recently rented my investment property through Fhil and the Buxton Team. Not only did they secure a tenant for my asking price but they did so before even needing to advertise. Such a smooth handover process. Looking forward to continuing to work together.

I've had a great experience with Buxton Ballarat. They have been responsive and professional in all stages of the renting process. With Buxton Ballarat I viewed the property, had my application processed, approved and a lease signed in 48hours. The keys were in my hand the next day ready to start settling in over the weekend. Buxton Ballarat have made my moving process much easier.

I have dealt with Buxton five times now and I find them exceptional with both service and consideration every time. I sold my original house, found me a unit and subsequently sold the unit for me all with days. More recently the Rental Department found me a wonderful house, which I move into soon after a long search. Brilliant salesman, Michael McIntosh and the rentals-officer, Sarah-Jane.
