They have always found very good quality tenants and organize to get any issues sorted in a timely manner. Our current tenants have decided to move on and Tanya managed to find new tenants within days off market saving us some of the advertising costs.

The excellent Staff at Buxton's were incredibly helpful and friendly. Renting a house in the current rental climate is not a a terribly easy thing to do. The competition for rental properties is enormous. We are moving out of Melbourne and we chose Ballarat because we became quite familiar with it during the the time my husband worked there on a Television series and we like it. When we viewed the house we were lucky enough to be accepted for, the two ladies, Tayla and Jasmine, that showed us the property were very friendly and professional. The process that one has to go through to apply for a property is a minefield, Tayla made it simple and was so incredibly helpful, we cannot thank her enough. Thanks to the Leasing Team at Buxtons for making something, that can be quite traumatic, very easy, nothing was too much trouble, totally professional and informative.
