I found out Buxton is very good but one thing that make me unsatisfied is that Buxton only takes 14 days payment instead of monthly payment. I understand that there will be more complicated when doing the monthly payment. I tried to get used to it and I almost forgot to do payment twice but It's alright.

Not a very good experience with Buxton Ballarat: 1) Poor communication (not returning calls); 2) Tenant left property filthy, but bond was still returned; 3) Long-term damage to lawn, which will require potential replacement; 4) Damage to both hot water system & stove (newly built property), but costs passed on to us rather than the tenant. Wouldn't recommend.
