We’ve had a fairly stress free property, I would attribute this to the wonderful teamwork at Buxton Ballarat. We’ve been kept updated if anything has ever happened at our property and we’re never stressed about the quality of tenant in our property. Tanya has always been quick to communicate and when she says she’ll call, she’ll call.

Ben Murphy has been a great rental agent. During a strange time when there were many properties, similar to mine, for rent within the same area as the property, he continuously revised the approach and strategy to get the property rented quickly. He helped in getting it rented before the Xmas break and not being left vacant for too long. Highly recommend Buxton Ballarat.

Buxton were reliable, reputable and well-informed about the rental market. They brought a wealth of experience and guided me through the listing process, and ultimately delivered a great outcome.

Josh and his team were excellent to deal with from the start. They clearly communicated the process and executed on the plan we agreed on. The house was rented with 2 weeks. Great job by Josh and Nicole!

I emailed Sarah-Jane in need of a rental property in a specific region of Ballarat where I wanted to live and was quickly replied to with 4 different addresses. I chose the one I was interested in and was shown through that day by Katelyn. I was sent the application forms to fill in and three days later I was approved. I cannot fault the professionalism and service the Buxton team have given me. Highly recommend
