We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Buxton. Unfortunately it started with a property manager that we weren’t too happy with, however Matt handled it amazingly and our new property manager Tayla has been so kind and right onto everything. She always responds fast and is always offering advice and suggestions whenever needed. It can be daunting being younger people looking to get into the rental market but we have felt supported through the whole process and couldn’t be more grateful for Buxton how they constantly go above and beyond

When Nicole called to let me know that I had secured a property, it was at the time she was about to head on annual leave. In under a week from when we established that I was to move in the 06th of October, I was able to sign my lease, pay and get everything organised. Despite me calling multiple times due to being stressed, Nicole was very gracious and very calm. She helped me work through the process and answer my concerns. Even trying her best when I called last minute about the contract. I already appreciate her and what she has done to be an absolute star to help me out whilst also conducting all her other duties.

I highly recommend Buxton for the outstanding service. My agent has been very helpful throughout the process and have demonstrated Rich Dad and Poor Dad book philosophy. I have compared the communication, price, turn over to get the property rested from 5 providers and their agents and Buxton agent has definitely had provided the best value.
