Whilst there was some challenges with the initial engagement with Buxton, once Tayla assigned to manage our recently purchased investment, we are very please and grateful to have her as our property manager. Her service is exceptional, specifically she delivers what she promised, agreed to engage always by calling her customer first instead of email, on time and keeping us update every opening. I've rented 3 properties through Buxton Ballarat and they have been fantastic to deal with particularly Nicole . The most recent property was put up for sale and they were extremely helpful with helping me to find another rental as well as trying to minimise the interruptions to myself during open for inspections etc. Would definitely recommend them .
