This was the first property we applied for, and the entire process was completed within a week, which exceeded our expectations. The professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service provided by the Buxton team made what can often be a stressful experience smooth and straightforward. We would happily recommend them to other prospective tenants.

From the very first interaction, Jamie has gone above and beyond to support us. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to achieving the best outcome made the entire experience seamless. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and consistently delivers at such a high standard. We’re incredibly grateful — Jamie is absolutely deserving of a 5‑star review.

Demonstrated efficient communication skills and was efficient with time management whilst we organised leasing the rental property. Was very helpful with private inspections and the processes of renting. Would recommend highly

Every year the price and fees go up and the service goes down, Every year I feel less and less valued as a landlord. And if you’re thinking of selling they just take it for granted that you will choose Buxton so they don’t really care about maximizing your price just about making the easiest sale to one of their “friendly “ buyers agents. They quoted me $400k to sell a property that I sold with another agent for $538k
