After viewing this property which was one of so many we had visited over about 3 months of searching, we spoke to Charlotte after the inspection about how the process of trying to get a rental had so many challenges. She took on this feedback & made it her mission to make sure we got a home, not just any home but this home. Charlotte did her job & did not waiver, she was prompt with responding, & communicated so efficiently with us & the landlord. Made us feel important & heard.
