I hadn't dealt with them before and found them very prompt in answering my question.

The property manager Ben Murphy was super easy to communicate with, he easily explained the process of the application, and kept in regular contact to update on progress of applying. The process overall only took about 3 days to get a successful outcome for the property, and it was incredibly easy to fill out the documentation with the help of Ben. Amazing job with really great communication the whole process

I am really glad about the experience which I have gone through with Buxton and especially with the agent who conducted the inspection and rest of the process. They are truly professional and cooperative peoples. And on top of that fully aware of market knowledge. It was really wonderful experience.

With the assistance of 2 of Buxton's team, across 2 rental properties, I've found the perfect home for myself in a fast timeframe. All services have been set up ready to go on day 1, and further assistance and communication has been offered by the team to ensure a smooth transition into the new property. Could not be happier.

Fhil, my wife and I would like to thank you for the work you did on our rental. Open honest, and straight forward, with a side of banter on the way. Your attention to detail was great and pulling up the previous tenants to fix things we appreciate.
