After applying for property after property with no success we spoke with Nicole and with her help and knowledge we were approved within a week for a new home. She has been incredible to deal with, very prompt and we are looking forward to renting with Buxton

Flynn Kellet helped us find a new rental that was perfect for us. I have rented with Buxton for 6 years now, I am extremely happy with their attention to detail and how lovely all the staff have been.

We moved to Buxton Ballarat from an alternative provider. We could not be happier with the decision. Buxton have been professional, reliable and responsive. They have truly cared for our property, which is vital as we live interstate and are unable to see it face to face. We have also received a significantly higher rental rate with Buxton - another win! We highly recommend this team.

Tanya is hands down the best PM I have managing my invest properties. Efficient and willing to assist with all aspects of renting the property and going as far as assisting me with the property handover from the builder. Landed a good tenent within the first week of advertising at a higher rental rate than what I was expecting. Many Property Managers fall short and at times you wonder what you are paying for but I will sleep easy knowing this property is going to be well managed by Buxton Ballarat and Tanya
