I am delighted to share my exceptional experience with my property manager - Kaelee Elsley . From the moment I entrusted my property to her care, she demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail. Her commitment to ensuring the best possible outcomes for my property has been truly commendable. Her communication skills are outstanding; she always keeps me informed about any updates or developments regarding my property. I greatly appreciate her prompt responses to my inquiries, which reflects her commitment to providing top-notch customer service. She has managed to find and secure reliable tenants. One of the aspects that truly sets her apart is her proactive approach to property management. She anticipates potential issues and takes preventive measures, ensuring everything flows smoothly. Her comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market has been instrumental in making informed decisions about my property's rental pricing and maintenance requirements. Overall, my real estate agent has exceeded my expectations in every way. She has transformed the often-stressful process of property management into a seamless and rewarding experience. I was impressed by Fhil's performance! He went above and beyond my expectations! He did his very best to secure a great tenant in a short time frame. Fhil is also straightforward and realistic, unlike other agents who just provide high rental appraisals so they can sign an agreement with me. Highly recommended!

I had a great exprience with Kaelee. She made contact straight off an email, attended a meeting at the property and took care of everything while I was interstate. She kept us in the loop and updates every week. She is really professional and will go the extra mile.

I got the property as expected, and the process seems professional. However, it is a bit tricky to communicate with the agent. I have tried to give several calls, but very slow to reply. With email, it is the same issue. Often I have to wait more than a week until I hear back or I have to send another email.
