I am very fortunate to have Nadine as the Property Manager for my rental property. Her communication and action on issues that may arise and requests made by me is exceptional. I am very grateful for her knowledge and skill in the many areas required to fulfil her role. She has a great rapport with the tradespeople that she uses ensuring that any repairs or work required is completed to a high standard The communication between all staff, from reception to management is also very professional and helpful, making communication very easy and pleasure to work with. In comparison to many other agents I consider myself very lucky to have found a good one!

I have used many real esates around the country and Buxton has been brilliant. From the moment I registered to inspect the property, the communication was excellent. I viewed the property on a Tuesday and was offered the lease on Wednesday. There was no messing around, the property manager was professional, friendly and had a sense of humour, making it a pleasant experience.
