I was looking for a rental in Ballarat and out of all the real estates I dealt with, Buxton's was the best by far. As a renter, they took me seriously and made me feel like more then just a number or just another renter. All inspections were all done professionally and the agents had knowledge of the properties. The communication was excellent, whether that was between them and me or between staff. I would highly recommend Buxton Ballarat to anyone looking for a real estate that knows what they're doing and does it well.

First time dealing with Buxton. Ben Murphy is very professional, pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable, he communicated with me even outside of his normal office hours with updates. He impressed me with the way he handled the outgoing tenants and re leasing my step sons investment property in a matter of only 2 weeks. He also obtained a weekly rental that I did not think he could achieve. I would wonder though why the property wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Before I moved in. The master bathroom is poor at best.
