I was looking for a new home to rent in the Ballarat area due to a new job in the region. Buxton and the agent Flynn made a time for me to view properties after my work day and were quick to respond when I had placed an application for a property. Happy to say I'll soon be relocating to Ballarat thanks to the friendly staff and Flynn at Buxton Ballarat.

Agent's didn't comply with legal timeframes -gave me 4 hours notice for a landlord visit on a workday instead of the required 24. Didn't have a working set of keys for the property for over a year and a half and suddenly needed them within a day on notice of vacate. Upon leaving property, made me responsible for items that were left on the premises before my tenancy and gave me a very short window to follow things up ipn leaving. Wouldn't recommend at all.
Buxton Ballarat
Very professionally handled, organised and was always aware of what was happening.

Have been very happy with their local knowledge and have made owning a rental property very smooth. Quality tenants are filtered through leaving little room for headaches.

I have found the team at Buxton to be very professional, they have been most helpful with helping me to find a rental property and going through the process of securing it. The whole process had been made relativity easy and the staff have no problem getting back to me in a timely manner when ever i required assistance. Thanks Buxton

I have been dealing with Buxton's for 3 years and have sold property and leased several homes. They are my first point of contact for advice on rental properties and sales within the Ballarat and surrounding regions Nothing is to much trouble for the team and they go the extra steps to ensure that every thing is in place

Incredibly competent, professional and understanding Property agent 'Ben Murphy'. I have found Ben to always being fair to both the owner and tenant. Although the Buxton reception could do a bit more to help tenants when they are unable to reach their property agent. Was a bit disappointed with the girl at reception showing complete lack of any understanding or offer of basic help.

I found Ben to be both knowledgeable and very helpful in finding me a great property. As a 53 yo I was struggling trying to do things online. Ben was very obliging in walking me through the process and really helping me during a stressful time. Thanks Ben. To Mick Mac in the sales team who went out of his road to help me out. Thankyou Mick.
