Buxton's was a delight to deal with when we needed to source a rental property in a hurry. Fast turnaround times with direct calls from staff to arrange inspections, and the communication to lock in the rental agreement was efficient and well explained. The whole process was centred around the customer and much easier than we expected.

Annie Hamerton was very professional and clearly had so much knowledge! Her marketing skills were amazing, she definitely knows how to sell any place to clients with her knowledge of not only the property but the area the property is in. She was upbeat and lovely. I couldn’t fault her at all. Jake Sim was also very professional and was happy to answer all of my questions as a new renter. Overall great experience with Buxton

For a few years we have had Buxton Ballarat as our Property Managers. From the outset they have been thorough and professional in all aspects. Any queries or issues have been quickly addressed and followed up. At all times the Staff we have dealt with have been friendly and courteous. We feel confident that they are managing our property efficiently; and are also willing to take notice of our needs - and equally importantly the needs of our tenants.

After years of renting , its pretty daunting trying to find a suitable place to rent. In our dealing with Buxtons real estate I was pleasantly surprised with the communication, the pleasant nature of the staff and the house was advertising and described exactly as pictured. Another happy customer :) Will definitely use them again

The Buxton team have been proactive in addressing our needs as first time landlords. Their knowledge has helped ease this transition so that we, as busy professionals, don’t have to take on the minutiae of dealing with any extra responsibilities relating to a rental property.
