So far my experience with Sarah-Jane has been only positive. Response to emails and calls that voiced concerns etc have always been promptly replied to. In terms of her professionalism, she's one of the best agents I've had in a long time. She's made sure I've felt heard, and has been on top of her game from day one. I was hesitant to apply with Buxton in the past, but those feelings have been completely changed. I've been quite impressed with how my experience with Buxton has been! Keep up the good work :)

All interactions with staff have been great. From Taylah in reception through to the property managers Phil, Brylee, Kaelee and last but not least Tayla. Tayla has been absolutely amazing from inspection - application - bond signing and beyond. Buxton definitely gave gem there!!

Jasmine was very informative of the property and very friendly and professional. Jasmine contacted me with updates of my application and confirmed once my application was accepted within days of applying. as i had a very small window to find a house and the rental market was very limited in Ballarat East, I dealt with most of Ballarat real estates and still waiting to hear back with updates on applications etc from many.
