This was the first time we had put up a home to be rented out via an agency and we were fortunate enough to work with Karl and his team at 1840. He was able to offer us some suggestions to improve our chances of securing a great tenant. They made a daunting experience pleasurable and we definitely look forward to leveraging more of their services in the future!

Our tenants moved out, and thanks to the fantastic team at 1840 real estate, especially Celeste, we were able to get tenants straight away with zero days non rented….
1840 Real Estate
My experience with 1840 was very positive, right from the initial meeting when Karl gave very comprehensive advice on all aspects of the agency’s role as well as advice on a realistic amount we could expect from the rental. The agency moved swiftly and I was very impressed with how quickly they had tenants moving in at the top end of our rental expectation.
