How good are Karl, Celeste and the team? Mere words can't accurately describe how good they are but their actions will only impress. They are the ones other agencies talk about on coffee breaks and there is a reason why they have become "that agency" in certain circles. Not content to simply lead the way in the real estate industry, they have redefined the term exemplary service. "Unequalled perfection" is a phrase not uncommonly heard whispered amongst their clients.

Lovely people to deal with. Nothing too much trouble. More than happy with their professionalism. Excellent “screening process “ for tenants. Now just sitting back and relaxing.

I have found 1840 to be extremely professional and basically hard working agents. I originally engaged them under some urgent conditions and they stepped and handled everything in their stride. I strongly recommend them as a Managing Agent their timely feedback has been the best I have ever had.
