Fabulous Property Manager😇
Celeste is my Guardian Angel for my home. My home is an investment now. Celeste is an AMAZING Advocate for myself and my home. Everyone who works at 1840 Real Estate is absolutely fabulous🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Poor Celeste had to deal with consequences from my previous property managers with tenants they chose for my home. Celeste, Karl and their team were absolutely amazing🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. They looked after everything for me🙌. Love Celeste, Karl and their team☺️ Thank You! 🥰

Great Agency
The team at 1840 are very responsive and proactive in the management of properties. I have found them to be progressive in the strategies they engage to select tennants and great negotiators. Additionally as issues sometimes come up they have a wealth of experience to drawn upon. They are the only property managers I'd recommend.

Excellent Agency
They are very professional, responsible and reliable. I rented an apartment with 1840 Real Estate for more than five years and I never had an issue with them during this time. The last experience with 1840 was when I transferred my total bond to landlord account instead of mine by mistake. Celeste returned it to my bank account straight away. Thanks 1840 Real Estate 😊

Fantastic Service!
I currently lease a property through 1840 Real Estate and was walked through the complete leasing process in detail. The property was handed to me in a immaculate condition! Couldn’t have asked for a better leasing experience.
