I've been with 1840 for about 2 years now and have no complaints what so ever. When i started my search for a property manager they were the only ones who actually took the time and interest to call me down to sell and explain their services to me which made me sign up with them at once. Also their prices are extremely competitive. Would recommend them to anyone everytime.

Karl and Celeste were amazing and knowledgeable the first time i met them. After looking at the big name property management companies, I decided to look into a small boutique property manager instead and it was only the beginning of a great journey for 1840 real estate. Their recent hires especially Lillian has been a truly amazing addition to the team. I am lucky to have two property management companies in both NSW and SA and both are amongst the top 5 in the state or country. Quality of service speaks for itself. Highly recommended!!

1840 keeps you in the loop constantly whether it's maintenance or new tenants. They try to find the best tenants for your place. I was introduced to 1840 team by my broker and have had no issues with them since beside a few mishaps with bills missing but was solved quickly. I would recommend them to those that are looking at having their homes managed by an agency.
