Just recently the previous tenants moved out and within the space of a week the 1840 team screened for new tenants and secured another tenant promptly. Karl , Celeste and the rest of the team have been very helpful with any enquirers. Their service is a very high standard.

The firm has a contacts with range of competent tradespeople in many fields for repairs and renovations should this be required at the property, and at reasonable prices. Always available and respond quickly to queries and problems. Highly recommend for painless property management.
