I have found them to be truely acting in my best interests. They have managed to let my house out to some fantastic tenants that treat it as their own. The place looks amazing - I have never seen it look better. During the Covid 19 issues, I have received regular updates and they have been regularly communicating any concerns to bothe tenants and landlords. I would highly recommend their services

Karl & Celeste have a great team and I know my property will be well looked after. They made my first property investment experience easy and also leased my property really quick.

I have been with 1840 realestate since purchasing my property in 2013. Living interstate, they have been nothing short of a joy to have as my property managers. Karl and Celeste are an extremely professional team and effective in sorting out any issues I come across with my property in a very timely manner. Highly recommend them to any family or friends as everything is always sorted with ease.

Karl and Celeste at 1840 Real Estate were recommended to us by friends who also have an investment property in Adelaide. Karl and Celeste have been superb agents. On two occasions they have successfully found very good tenants for us, and also dealt with the consequences of a burglary which damaged a window and door of our property. They have always responded sensitively to our concerns, and been knowledgeable, efficient and thorough in protecting our interests. We have complete confidence in their integrity, and would recommend them to anyone.

Celeste and Karl thank you both so much for your hard work saving my investment property! I've dealt with other Property managers who have left me very disappointed. You both have shown me great determination . Thanks again.

After my tenant broke their lease (due to moving interstate) the process to secure a new tenant was no worries. There found me a tenant in only a few weeks thanks to their marketing being prominent and standing out from other properties for rent in the building. Their attention to detail and communication has been flawless. Highly recommend Karl, Celeste and Nikki & thank you once again for making the process easy!

As an interstate landlord transitioning from privately renting my place out to engaging a real estate agent to manage my property, I was worried that I might end up with an agency with inexperienced property managers who do not perform proper checks or inspections on my property as they should. From my dealings with Karl so far, he has given me the reassurance that this real estate agency will provide me with the best service possible. Karl explained the whole process to me and answered any queries I had to make this transition from private renting to engaging an agent a lot easier. Everything went smoothly from handover to getting a new tenant into the property. The initial property inspection report that I received was very thorough and was definitely done properly. I'd feel comfortable sitting back and listening to Karl or Celeste's advice regarding my property moving forward as they have definitely given me the impression of people who are knowledgeable and very professional.

We have known Karl, Nikki and Celeste for a few years now after we stumbled upon Karl at an open inspection. Karl and the team helped us with every aspect for our first purchase which is property managed by Celeste. We have now completed our second purchase with the amazing help with of Nikki for the past few months, she has done so much for us and made the process so easy! We highly recommend 1840 :)
