Karl and the team has helped to rent, conduct inspections and liaise 2 properties. He firstly came to my attention when I was looking for a property manager for my daughters unit a couple of years ago. So it was a no brainer when my son decided to rent out his house. I called Karl and he only had one open and we had a couple who was perfect. 1840 staff are very diligent in the vetting of persctive renters and from experience with my daughters place,it works really well. I would recommend 1840 team to anyone, we have been extremely happy with their service.

A move interstate with my partner meant we needed help managing our property in Adelaide. After many inquiries other agencies who did not want to deal with our multi-tenanted house, I was relieved to speak with Karl at 1840. Karl and his team helped in finding a tenant for the spare room at short notice, and made the process so easy for us! Karl and Celeste provide honest clear communication & advice, they are able to quickly answer any of our concerns with a simple phone call or email. Thank you, 1840!
