As the title suggests, my dealings with 1840 has been very smooth. I am a very busy person and hardly has any spare time to keep a track of my investment property. The team at 1840 has made the management of my investment property a piece of cake. The payment is always on time, the inspections are very regular and very detailed, ownership statements are very detailed, maintenance has been prompt and the best part is everything happens in the background. when you have million things to worry about, property management is the last thing on your mind. Thanks to the team that now I can spend more time with my family and do the things that I actually enjoying. Isn't that what we all seek in life?
