Mikayla Hall, our property manager in everything I was looking for. She is very open minded, responsive to the landlords needs and caring for the tenants. Every request has been taken care of in a timely manner and she worked hard every time to minimize costs for us. She sent us plenty of updates during the leasing process and also with the additional work carried out there. Rod, their handy man is quite cheap comparing to others and looking on a long term, I'm very happy. I've been through 2 other RE's in the past 4.5 years and both were letting me down in communication and maintenance costs (I had to organize quotations, contractors and payments myself as RE prices were going over the roof). I'm quite impressed with Downton Property Hobart and looking forward to a long relationship. Thank you very much Mikayla, really appreciate everything you done for us.

Nat Yaxley and Shanae Sexton are excellent team for our rental property. They are full of energy with very positive attitude, such young rental team yet has rich knowledge and experience With market and location, our property rent out within a very short period of time with satisfied tenants! Overall we are very happy Downton Property's management of our property. Inspections were regular with good feedback and photos, queries from tennants were passed on quickly and resolved easily.
