My experience with the property management teams out Downton over the years has been great they are efficient proactive and continuously giving updates on the rental market and archiving market values for rent roll and the right tenants. As for selling Natilie works hard with a strong sales knowledge, know the market and the ability to understand the vendors needs. She does her research before seeing her clients. She sold a 3 million dollar property for us and we couldn’t be more happy with her help support and result.
