We have rented, brought and been through many realestates, and moving has always been extremely stressful & confusing at times, but we were pleasantly surprised through this experience. Downton Property were absolutely amazing to work with- they made the application and moving process so simple and straightforward. Very professional, friendly and made us feel extremely comfortable with the whole process. Our agent was so lovely and thorough, yet simplified everything. In communication the agent is very poor. To receive just acknowledgment on entry condition report it took them Two weeks. Moreover, some employees do take the responsibility of reception front staff. This is happened when I was to receive the Key from the agent.

Well, its our first time working with downton property. A clear cut communication with one of our agent Kelly is so pleasant. She helped us find a new property as the owner decided not to renew the one we are staying in, raise the task immediately as possible for the maintenance. Also the communication and instructionsare are very clear and transparent, we feel good to find the agent who listens us and understand our needs.
