Kelly is without a doubt the best rental agent in Hobart, I won't trust my properties to anyone else, having been both a tenant and a landlord with Kelly, I know firsthand that she treats her tenants with the utmost respect and is diligent in ensuring their safety and wellbeing whilst acting as a professional and polite conduit to the landlord. Acting on my behalf with my properties she is efficient, honest and reliable. As a landlord, I know that my properties are being well looked after, that maintenance is being actioned timely and that Kelly is ensuring financial viability of my portfolio.

We have been really pleased with the level of service and professionalism from Downton Property over the past few years. Their communication is always prompt and friendly, and they have plenty of advice or information on current market trends, which we found very helpful when making decisions. Overall we haven't had to worry about anything ourselves, which has been a huge relief.

My experience with Downton property in securing a new rental was seamless and stress free, thanks to Isabella’s hard work and friendly attitude. Moving from interstate can be a challenging task, and Isabella was attentive and helpful at each stage. The listing photos were well presented and the willingness of the staff to provide a virtual inspection meant we were able to view the property from afar. Many thanks to the team at Downton for all of the assistance in securing our next rental.
