Nat was great - she arranged 2 inspections outside of open home times and was honest about the price expectations of the vendors. A quick and easy process and all staff at Downton Property were lovely to deal with. Would definitely choose to use Nat again - although this is not likely to be soon because she helped me find the perfect house that will be my home for years to come :)

We can't thank Nat enough for her efforts in selling our home. After meeting Nat at 4pm on a Friday, she had a contract for our property at 9am the next day! Nat's efficiency saved us so much time and effort. We will be forever grateful to Nat and her team.

Nat's knowledge of the area my house was in, accompanied by attention to fine detail and very high quality service secured an excellent result over and above any expectation i had. I cannot speak highly enough of Nat and her team both in selling the property and their assistance and managing out the tenancy to provide vacant possession. Truly impressive. I felt looked after every step of the way. Thank you so much. This result has had a very positive impact on my life.

Very Impressed with Nat Downton, her integrity and honesty shone through when Nat handled my purchase of House in Rosetta. Nat’s company is also handling the lease of said property and that’s going well. Any future property action in Hobart on my part will be handled by Nat. Peter Fielding.

The service we received from Natalie in purchasing and leasing our property was fantastic. She took a lot of the leg work out of it for us which helped greatly. I would highly recommend Natalie to anyone looking to buy or in the need of a property manager. Dave Heazlewood

Nat was a fantastic help as we sold and bought properties through Downton Property. Her knowledge and experience was such a great help to us as it was the first time selling for us. Buying and selling a house with 4 children can be stressful but Nat made it easier by taking care of everything else so we could just focus on our family. Thank you for all the little things that made this experience a positive and successful one.

When we first met with Nat Downton we had all but decided to go with another agent. However after meeting with Nat, her down to earth nature and honest approach gave us confidence in her ability to communicate with buyers and represent us in a fair manner. We also felt confident that she would not push us into anything we did not feel comfortable with. Nat listened to our requests and desires and helped us review the pros and cons of our ideas. When we were adamant that we did not wish for a 'for sale' sign she listened, when we said 'no open homes' she listened, and when we said' no real estate guide' she listened! Other agents would have laughed at us or downgraded the price as a result of reducing the competition, but Nat never made us feel like we were being painful and just found alternative ways to promote our house and manage inspections. Nat was incredibly respectful of our specific needs in relation to inspection times and meetings with us, and could not have been more flexible if she tried. At no point in the process did we ever feel that Nat was in it for herself and wanting to close a quick deal to save herself effort. We could not have been happier with the result that Nat achieved for us, it was in all respects our dream offer, both the price and the conditions. Nat listened to us and understood that of key importance to us was the ability to rent back and that price was secondary to that and she worked hard to bring us offers that met our needs. Overall Nat is the antithesis of the typical 'sales person' and completely unique in comparison to other agents we have dealt with in the past; we felt listened to, we felt respected and we were overall thrilled to have Nat as our agent.

All aspects of our purchase and ongoing running and maintaince have been smooth sailing thanks to Natalie and her team. Natalie is an excellent agent with big picture understanding and a positive and energetic persona.

Could not ask for smoother purchase. This was essential as we are not residents of Tasmania.

Thanks to Nat & Mikayla for their tenacity to achieve the result of selling our home. It wasn't the easiest process for any of us but Nat & Mikayla certainly stayed focused until the conclusion. Their approachable and friendly manner certainly assisted us through the journey, and we would not hesitate to use Downton Property again. Our best wishes to the Downton Team for continued success.
