I have nothing but praise for Natalie and her team at Downton Property. Their enthusiasm, professionalism and general caring attitude is amazing. This is mirrored in everything that they do. Whilst many agents are happy to produce a simple one page flyer, they go to the extra effort of really featuring the property by way of a brochure with extra added info about the property, area etc. This is carried through to their website which has a host of extra functions/info that I have not seen anywhere else. They have truly sat down and thought about how they could improve the selling and buying process. Rather refreshing. I would not have any hesitation in recommending Natalie and her team to anyone looking to sell their property or lease it out. I know that I will certainly use them as my rental agents and when the time comes would not consider listing the property with anyone else.

Being an interstate investor, things can be a pain as far as communications, contracts etc. But with Nat from Downton, everything went super smooth, from helping arrange builders inspections, organising property management, advertising and keeping me in the loop at all times.
