Nat was amazing from first meeting to the end and her whole team jumped in to help out even if she couldn't be there they work so well together and everyone views your property so they all know what they are selling if someone needs to step in couldn't be happier and sold within a week thanks again Nat and the whole team

Nat and her team at Downton Property supported us through our journey in selling our home. The service was outstanding, we always felt that Nat had our best interests in mind, never felt pressured or stressed about the process. Nat was professional, supportive and very down to earth with every aspect of selling our property. I would highly recommend Nat Downton and her team at Downton Property to sell your property.

We didn't even hesitate in contacting and listing with Nat and the team at Downton Property, in fact she was the only agent we approached for this sale. She was honest and straight to the point from the start which we liked, and having attempted to sell a few times before we were happy to list with someone who seemed so 'real'. We were stoked with how our place looked online and even more happy when James managed to get us a contract in just over a week that exceeded our hopes!! At times we found communication a little lower than we might have liked but overall we were happy with our experience and have and will continue to recommend the team at Downton Property!!! Thankyou very much to all the team involved in our sale!

I have nothing but praise for Natalie and her team at Downton Property. Their enthusiasm, professionalism and general caring attitude is amazing. This is mirrored in everything that they do. Whilst many agents are happy to produce a simple one page flyer, they go to the extra effort of really featuring the property by way of a brochure with extra added info about the property, area etc. This is carried through to their website which has a host of extra functions/info that I have not seen anywhere else. They have truly sat down and thought about how they could improve the selling and buying process. Rather refreshing. I would not have any hesitation in recommending Natalie and her team to anyone looking to sell their property or lease it out. I know that I will certainly use them as my rental agents and when the time comes would not consider listing the property with anyone else.

Being an interstate investor, things can be a pain as far as communications, contracts etc. But with Nat from Downton, everything went super smooth, from helping arrange builders inspections, organising property management, advertising and keeping me in the loop at all times. I would highly recommend using Nat for the sale of your property or someone you can contact as an out of state investor looking for some local knowledge.

Nat was approachable, engaging and fantastic to work with in selling our house. The property was on the market for next to no time (24 odd hours) before we had an acceptable offer. Highly recommend Nat!
