Being that I am impatient, demanding and expect the best of people, my wife and I couldn't have asked for more from Nat and her team. She kept us informed the whole way (which wasn't that long as she got us an out of this world price in 7 days!!!), was truthful, honest and stuck to her word the entire time, with both us and the buyer. I my opinion, most real estate agents pay for a photo of themselves on a bus shelter and think it makes them famous, then get caught up more in themselves than selling houses, and play games to get a sale. Nat doesn't do this, she plays fair and gets the best price possible. We could not recommend her or Yellow Brick Road Hobart any higher.

I recently purchased a property via Natalie at Downton property and found her to very professional. We had a long settlement date which was fine at time but did not plan for our current landlord to be uncooperative in regards to the gap of 8 weeks from when our lease expired until settlement. Nat was able to find us a rental for 8 weeks in the same area so we had minimal disruption to the routine of our 3 and 5 year old children.
