Dee goes above and beyond for his client (vendor) in an effort to squeeze as much money out of the purchaser as possible. This although positive for the vendor, is very distressing and frustrating for a buyer. I respect that Dee is trying to get the best result for his customer but in doing this, lost all trust from the buyer. False promises and underhanded communication follow. I will say after all of the above, Dee did somewhat redeem himself with his attempts to salvage a very dire situation and did help with settling a property. My only hope for Dee moving forward is that he helps both sides equally and treats both with the respect they deserve.

Mr Dee knows his job, i made a venture in property in dandenong ,mr dee showed me a perfect location and in my budget range even though i had some difficulties because of other's miss communications with the vendor's party but mr dee didn't lose his calm, a few time convince the vendor and made me to buy the property. Thanks mr dee for all you have done to me to have that property.
