We feel confident in the knowledge that we have a property manager looking after our investment with professionalism and with excellent communication skills. Sarah informs us of every detail, and we are never kept in the dark when it comes to our tenants, inspections of our property and any other matters that arise. Recently we had our tenants wanting to break their lease and move on due to them wanting to buy their own property and Sarah informed us straight away and had another tenant within days to move in. We wouldn't hesitate recommending Sarah and ARG Property Management to manage rental properties in Melbourne as they have excellent local knowledge and great advice.

ARG Property Management

I’ve had a really positive experience with ARG. Managing a property from another state isn’t always straightforward, but they’ve made it feel easy. They’re consistently quick to respond, keep me in the loop with regular updates, and handle things without needing follow-up. That’s been a big one for me. Being interstate, it gives me genuine peace of mind knowing my property is being looked after properly. I don’t have to second guess what’s going on or worry about things slipping through the cracks. Reliable, proactive, and easy to deal with. Would happily recommend.

ARG Property Management

We highly recommend ARG Property Management. As interstate investors, we are at the mercy of our property managers, and our experience with ARG Property Management to this point has been fantastic. From the outset, they were transparent with their services and fees, they were open and honest about the current state of the market, and they were adamant that they'd find us the best possible tenants for our property. They've kept us updated regularly and have been super easy to deal with. The whole process thus far has been a pleasure. We give them a 10/10.

Kushla and all the property management team at ARG have done a fantastic job taking care of our property. Always timely notification of any issues, and sound advice and suggestions about the best way to proceed. They have understood our approach to leasing, and managed to retain excellent tenants long term. I highly recommend these guys if you are looking for peace of mind which comes from being in responsible and diligent hands.

I highly recommend Kushla Francis from ARG Property Management. Kushla is a fantastic property manager – always friendly, bubbly and very responsive to my needs as a landlord. Whenever I have questions about my property, she gets back to me straight away and keeps communication clear and professional. If an issue arises, she handles it quickly and efficiently. Recently I had an electrical problem at my property and Kushla organised a tradesperson immediately. She kept me updated throughout the process and made sure the issue was resolved as quickly as possible for both myself and the tenants. It’s reassuring to have a property manager who is proactive, reliable and genuinely cares about both the property and the people involved. Great service all around. Thanks ARG
