The property management for the rental property we call "home" has recently changed to ARG Property Management. Our property manager is Chloe Jonas - wow - what an absolute pleasure to deal with. We phoned one afternoon regarding a plumbing problem, received sms around 9.30 the following morning, by 11am the plumber had been, sorted the issue and left - no mess, no fuss. Chloe was so helpful in getting this annoying problem resolved. So friendly, courteous and efficient. We are so thankful to have someone of this calibre to deal with, on the very rare occasion we need anything attended to.
