The communication work and record documentation are well organised, with clear and detailed consideration evident in their work. Shaline was professional and communicative in ensuring the flow of information was delivered to a high standard. Thank you for her and the whole team’s efforts from the very beginning of the inspection and application, and for my happily accommodated rental that I now call home.

ARG Property Management

Shaline was very helpful and fufilled her commitments to ensure my situation was fixed not only promptly but with pure professionalism… Shaline made constant calls to make sure that the situation was being rectified, checking in and updating me until it was fixed and with a follow up days later to ensure everything was ok..

ARG Property Management

From the time that Shaline has managed the rental that we are staying at, she had been really responsive and quick to email back with whatever queries I have thrown at her. She has helped resolved most of the problems we face as new tenants and couldn’t be happier with her managing the property

ARG Property Management

ARG group has been an amazing realestate to work with, they have been professional throughout, always looking at what is best for us as landlords and keeping us informed of market changes. I’m a landlord that lives interstate. I value trust over many things and believe ARG has a clear method in providing this level of comfort by stipulating clear lines of communication and professional advice and of course stepping up to the plate when we need them to. Their engagement and commitment to achieving the best outcomes has been a great experience even in very tricky situations. A special shoutout to Chloe who has been fabulous as our realtor.
