We phoned one afternoon regarding a plumbing problem, received sms around 9.30 the following morning, by 11am the plumber had been, sorted the issue and left - no mess, no fuss. Chloe was so helpful in getting this annoying problem resolved. So friendly, courteous and efficient. We are so thankful to have someone of this calibre to deal with, on the very rare occasion we need anything attended to.
