This agent goes above and beyond!
Roy sold my parents home that they have been living in for 45 years so it was a difficult time for them. Roy made the sale process so easy for them and was happy to liaise with me and keep me in the loop during a difficult time of lockdown when I couldn’t visit them in Sydney. He dropped boxes and food off to them without hesitation. He treated them like they were his parents which took a lot of the stress away from both them and myself. I couldn’t recommend Roy high enough he is a gem and I would recommend him to anyone I knew!

Outstanding throughout the whole process
As per Roy's experience he told me that this property wasn't going to be an easy one to sell. Personal and Professional
Roy was always respectful of our wishes. He endeavoured to accommodate us in terms of times and dates for house inspections, given the lockdown and COVID outbreaks. Roy ensured that every house inspection was conducted according to strict COVID safe practices. This gave us peace of mind during such a scary time. Roy was always hopeful, his happy demeanour certainly helped to take the stress out of selling our home. Roy and Julie conducted the sale of our home professionally and proficiently.
