Roy is very knowledgeable he really knows the market. He was the agent when we bought the house so when needed to sell we didn’t think of using anyone else. He is down to earth and realistic about prices, fantastic communication, caring and made me laugh when I was stressed, nothing was a problem even when I had to ring on a Sunday.
