As you might recall, we had our home to sell in Dundas Valley (Related email attached) and also a unit in Parramatta. Despite being in the middle of a ‘pandemic’ and with 10 days of torrential rains, Roy sold our Dundas Valley home for the asking price within 6 days! The Parramatta unit is on the ground floor and is quite small with an unusual shape to the living room. As a consequence of this, Roy had a challenge on his hands to sell it and it actually took 6 months to gain a deposit. During this time, there were also other units in the block that still remain unsold and so this was quite a concern to my wife and I during the process.
