I found Roy Marando to be a highly experienced and motivated real estate agent. He was fantastic to deal with, highly approachable and always made himself available to discuss the sale and strategy. He clearly showed that he has superb knowledge of the market in his area. Roy was able to use his extensive contact list to find a buyer well before auction, which was very pleasing and part of his brief. I highly recommend the services of Roy Marando.

Roy Marando
Roy is very knowledgeable he really knows the market. He was the agent when we bought the house so when needed to sell we didn’t think of using anyone else. He is down to earth and realistic about prices, fantastic communication, caring and made me laugh when I was stressed, nothing was a problem even when I had to ring on a Sunday. He makes a stressful experience seem easy. A big thank you to Roy and Irene for taking such good care of us.
