We first met Kostya many years ago when he did an appraisal for our house. He did another appraisal but we still weren't interested in selling. Now we are and we immediately thought of Kostya to sell our Canberra house in Flynn as well as our property at Bawley Point, NSW. He sold the coast property and we expect he will get do well for us when we list Canberra property next month. We would recommend Kostya with complete confidence to anybody.

I have so many great things to say about Kostya. Firstly, I like people who are upfront and honest with me. Kostya was upfront and realistic with me from the start in terms of price, which I really liked (unlike other agents who promise high prices which they can't achieve, just to get the listing). Kostya listened to my thoughts, understood my concerns/stresses, and he answered all my questions. I know he's super busy but when he talks to you, you can tell he is focused on your property and makes sure to spend the time with you that you need. He's a genuine person too, he's not like other sales people who you can tell are fake. Kostya got my property sold quickly in a time when the market was down, he used his experience to get the best possible outcome for my circumstances. You know how I said he was realistic with the price even though it was lower than what I wanted to list it for? Yeah well, he actually sold the property ABOVE the list price anyway, for a price I was happy with. The person who bought my property was also happy that they got the property too, so it was a win win. I would recommend Kostya to anybody in a heartbeat. I wouldn't even consider any other agent the next time I need to sell my place, I'll be straight on the phone to Kostya. Sales is all about trust, it's the most important thing, and Kostya earned my trust by being honest and realistic from the start. He got my property sold before a tight personal deadline I had to meet, and I'm forever grateful that he got the job done. Cheers Kostya! (oh yeah, it settled quicker than 30 days too thanks to Kostya, that was amazing).

Kostya Lagvinov sold our Nicholls property in September this year. We were very happy with the service he provided from the moment we sat down to discuss the potential sale, to the open houses and negotiation stage. Kostya was professional throughout, thoughtful, honest, accommodating and willing to take on feedback at all times. He was also very personable and not just another agent after a quick sale. He took the time to understand our circumstances and requirements, and adapted as required. He made the sale process seamless and uncomplicated. He kept to his word and timings, and always got in touch when there was a delay. Top notch communication and after sales service too. Thanks Kostya!

Kostya was a pleasure to work with. He went the extra mile to look after our house sale and was easily contactable at all times. The sale was rather protracted with some additional complications that we hadn't anticipated and Kostya provided good advice and helped us navigate the sale and bring it to a successful conclusion. I would highly recommend this agent.

From my first meeting with Kostya he presented as professional and honest. He talked us through the different aspects of selling our home and how the process works. Kostya promised to attend every home open personally, and that he would do his best to achieve our desired selling price. He delivered as promised, and kept us informed throughout the sale. I would certainly recommend Kostya to anyone selling their property in Canberra.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kostya to sell my tenanted property. Despite the challenges of limited viewing availability, Kostya exceeded my expectations by selling the property above its expected market value and in a remarkably short timeframe. Kostya was more than just a real estate agent; he was a trusted advisor who treated me like a friend. His friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire selling process stress-free and enjoyable. His expertise in the market was evident, as he provided valuable insights and guidance throughout the process. I was particularly impressed with his proactive approach to marketing the property. He developed a comprehensive marketing strategy that attracted a high level of interest from potential buyers, even with the limited viewing opportunities. His negotiation skills was also exceptional, resulting in a sale price that exceeded my initial expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend Kostya to anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and friendly real estate agent. His commitment to his clients is unparalleled, and I am truly grateful for his hard work and dedication in helping me achieve a successful sale.
