I first met Kostya almost a year earlier than when I ultimately ended up going to sell my place. I was considering some options and asked a few agents to come and give me a price range. At the time my wife and I were struck by his warmth, honesty and charm. I didn't end up selling at that time and then many months later, I ran into him showing a similar home in the same suburb as mine that was for sale and he was listing. I was struck by how honest and straightforward he was again, in that limited interaction. So a few weeks later when again, we decided it might be time to sell, I spoke with 7 agents and made sure Kostya was on that list. We always knew Kostya would be the agent tasked to sell our home. We first met him around 4 years ago when looking at potential upgrade houses and found him to genuinely love his job and pay attention to future clients and their needs. When we found our forever home, he happened to be the selling Agent and so we effectively bought and sold with Kostya. In terms of selling our home, it was an extremely smooth process. Kostya organised a fantastic marketing campaign, as well as a series of open homes that were well timed and very well attended. The Auction process was very smooth, with the home selling for a great price on the day, in less than 10 minutes. The exchange process was similarly easy. Sold on the first open home! We are so thankful we found Kostya.
