Excellent approach,, Sold after 1 open home..Originally expectation maybe will be taking longer as so many 1 bedroom apartments without sale in Belconnen. Kostya&Nathan are great agents and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks for quick sale.

Kostya and Nathan's knowledge of the local market was great. Their breadth and depth of experience across Canberra really showed when they presented me with their case to sell my townhouse. They did their research and presented me an optimistic, but achievable, sale price - and their research was proven right. Kostya's communication was clear, informative and frequent. He called as soon as any information needed to be passed on and responded to texts and calls well outside normal business hours. I have a small child, so I really appreciated how both Kostya and Nathan came to see me instead of requiring me to come into their office - it really made it easier and made me feel catered to and understood. From his impressive suits to his vast knowledge of the industry, Kostya's professionalism was ace. Not only did I feel confident that I didn't have to do my own back up research, but I felt at ease leaving it all to him to handle. It's an impressive and well-run business that I would happily recommend to anyone looking to sell a property in Canberra.

After speaking with a few agents regarding the sale of our much loved family home of almost 20 years, Kostya stood out to my husband and I due to his professional but respectful nature. We decided to engage Kostya for this reason. While Kostya kept our wishes and best interests at heart throughout the sale process, he also provided sound advice around advertising content and the presentation of our home for potential buyers. The net result is that we achieved a sale outcome that we are very happy with, with our integrity and emotions in check! Due to our positive experience, we are happy to recommend Kostya to anyone considering selling real estate in the Canberra area.

Kostya was an excellent selection for an agent for us, the sale was smooth from start to finish. Kostya had organised trades for us in the lead up to the sale to help get our home looking sale ready which made the process so much easier. We were extremely happy with the sales price in the current market and would gladly use him again.

I am so delighted with Kostya and Nathan and the service they gave me for my home. The sales price was just amazing and most of it was done when I had to go overseas. Nathan helped me clean up my house as well for settlement.

This is my second time working with Kostya, the first was during a time that the market did not get us the price we had hoped for. We decided to rent it out for a period of time and try again in the future. Kostya helped organising quotes for getting the home ready for sale including painting, gardens and carpets. This time around we had a great sale and I am very happy with the result.
