Kostya provided a very pleasant and easy to understand sales experience recently for my elderly parents who sold at Auction for the first time. He especially took time to understand their needs and desired outcomes, and was both patient and professional in his dealings with them in order to get the best outcome on the day. I would highly recommend Kostya and his team to anyone looking to sell their property in Canberra

Happy to share an excellent result achieved by the Town Residential team. Despite the market slowing down and tough selling conditions, Ajay and the team were able to achieve outstanding results for the investors.

Ajay sold my property within a week. He has very honest and reliable real estate agent with plenty of knowledge and experience. Ajay sold my house more than asking price. I recommend Ajay and Town Residential with 100 confidence.

Kostya is passionate about connecting the right buyer with the right property. He genuinely enjoys the art of making a deal, guiding buyers and sellers through the process, while ensuring no stone is left unturned as far generating interest in the property. Kostya not just comes across authentic to buyers and sellers. He IS authentic with both buyers and sellers. He is a true master of his craft, and I wouldn't sell with anyone else. Couldn't be happier after selling two properties in as many months. Thank you.

We used Town Residential Belconnen to sell our property in Moncrieff. Their approach was professional and positive. They secured a smooth sale and an excellent price for our home. If you want a agent who is honest and open without any hidden agendas, can successfully negotiate the most fragile of purchases and still get your sale across the line, then Ajay Kumar from Town Residential Belconnen are the team for you. It was really a nice experience for us with you. We are very happy with ourselves that we chose you for this job. Thankyou and I would highly recommend you to my friends and family and I will engage you again when I need to sell.

This review is long overdue - Ajay and his team assisted me with selling my property in July this year. Ajay was meticulous in planning for, and organising of the trades, and providing practical advice in relation to the preparation for sale process. He provided me with some useful insights about the sale process (for example, that a favourable property valuation is required prior to the exchange of contracts). I found his team of tradies to be reliable and effective (my property was painted, deep cleaned, minor appliances etc. replaced in about a week). Ajay was transparent in his fees (I chose a fixed price + GST) and he worked around my expectations. In-fact he saved me almost a grand in marketing fees by using a staggered marketing approach. His team also assisted me with staging of the house at no additional fees (I only reimbursed them against the receipts for linen etc.). What really took me for surprise (in a nice way) was Ajay's commitment to ensuring the timing and integrity of the transaction and his willingness to reasonably negotiate on behalf of the buyers (for example, for small works which were to be completed prior to the pre-exchange and pre-settlement inspection). He reminded me of my 'duty of care' when I was being ignorant. This was quite important since I don't deal with buying and selling real estate on a day to day basis, and I engaged a professional agent to understand the nuances and tick all boxes (especially legal). On top of everything, Ajay managed to sell my property in a single open home (first one), with a price tag which is still a record for the suburb. Ajay's attention to detail and his honesty provides me with confidence in his work. I will be recommending Ajay to friends and family, and I will continue to engage Town Residential's services in relation to my property journey. I wish Ajay all the best and thank him for his assistance!
