We interviewed 6 agents, narrowed it down to two and ended up hiring Kostya. Mainly because we felt he really had the experience to do the job. I am happy to say we were right. His dedication and professionalism was at a very high standard. Kept us informed during all parts of the process and right from the start told us what he thought. I am a keen researcher and tested Kostya out his responses were spot on. Cannot praise his efforts enough.

Alerted to Kostya by a sale in our area he promptly made an appointment to review the selling of our home. His flexibility and connections to professionals we needed in our area were appreciated. His frank support in presenting our house for sale and availability to explain and discuss all of the processes we needed to be aware of was exceptional. Kostya and Nathan aided in and gave advice with our purchase of a new home as well as supported us through changes in marketing strategy due to changes in government and interest rates so as to continue to get the best price for our home. He worked hard for us in a refreshingly transparent manner.

Kostya was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From our very first meeting, his local knowledge and passion for his work was obvious - we knew he was the one to sell our home. He was extremely knowledgeable, very efficient, professional and most of all very easy to talk to and patient with our numerous questions. He constantly kept us updated with the latest developments during our campaign and extremely prompt in providing feedback after open homes. A phone call to Kostya never went unanswered and emails and texts were responded to promptly. The whole experience with the sale our house was such a breeze all thanks to Kostya. If you want someone to sell your home, reach out to Kostya for an appraisal and initial meeting – you won’t be disappointed, and I guarantee you will engage him as your agent.

I am dealing with Ajay since 2016. He has managed my this property since then before selling it out. He is very proactive, honest, well communicator and client-motivated. His positive work attitude and ethics are speechless and his understanding regarding current market and time frame are fantastic. At last he is approachable at any time. ( which is hard to find these days)

It has been great working with Ajay. His understanding of the real estate industry is appreciable. Ajay was able to sell both my investment projects within days of listing. His experience and advice helped us make a decision to sell eventually helped us achieve the desired results from the sales process. In the process, Ajay was able to set suburb records with both sales one after the other when results from other sales in the area were not even close. Thanks, Ajay. Until we start the sale of our upcoming projects.

Ajay provided guidance on how we could prepare the property for maximum presentation. He showed a detailed understanding of the recent changes to the housing market in our area. He was always easy to contact and made us feel he was available to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. He provided regular verbal and written feedback on the progress of the open inspections. He also spent considerable time engaging with potential buyers that resulted in the sale of our house at a premium price. We highly recommend Ajay as the agent to sell your home.
