Kostya, Nathan and Alex made selling my property an easy, stress free process from start to finish. They were extremely helpful in the preparation for sale. They visited the property to give tips on preparing it for photos and open homes and offered to do a full inspection once the furniture was removed. We were amazed with how well the photos of the home looked! There were open homes held twice weekly and we would be called after every one with an update on the number of people that came through and their feedback. Kostya and his team were transparent throughout the whole process, giving us consistent feedback on what the market was saying and what kind of interest we were getting in the property. We could tell they had been having conversations with the buyers to try and get as much information as they could for us. When it came to auction day, we had more people come than we expected and double the amount of registered bidders than we thought we would get. The team made the auction a smooth, stress free process for us and we were thrilled that we were able to get a great result on the day. We interviewed three agents and chose to go with Kostya to sell our home - we couldn't have been happier with our decision! I'd tracked sale prices and kept an eye on allhomes each week for probably a year or more, so I knew what a good price would look like for me and had a fair idea for where the lower end of the price scale sat that the buyer would be aiming for. What we needed was an agent that could weigh up all of the factors specific to our situation and deliver a package that maximized the value for us - get the highest sale price, with the minimum expenditure (we bought before trying to sell and had a finite cash buffer to see us over the line). The other agents told me what I wanted to hear so they could up-sell add-ons, whereas Kostya proactively offered me flexibility and offered sound advice on where we should and shouldn't spend money to improve interest in the property. I can't thank Kostya enough for the advice and flexibility provided- it ensured that I remained in a very strong position going into the auction with essentially no pressure to sell for anything less than the number I had in mind. I could have perhaps negotiated with the other agents to get similar concessions, but Kostya connected with our family and instinctively knew what would make life easier for us - he worked "with us and for us" and didn't have the dollar signs in his eyes that typified the other agents. The marketing campaign was excellent - great photos and video walk through, high quality brochures, and excellent communication on levels of interest and feedback. Strong strategies were put in place to cover all possible scenarios on the auction day - nothing was left to chance. On the day, Kostya and his team demonstrated incredible skill at bringing the highest bidder up to my price point - they genuinely go the extra mile to eek out every last dollar of value for their clients. I really can't thank them enough for all of their work and professionalism!
