My wife and I sought out an agent to sell our house. We searched the internet for months, researched countless reviews about agents and their agencies and narrowed it down to a handful of agents. When we first met Jay we felt an instant connection. He wasn't like any other agent. He wasn't showy, cocky or arrogant. He was personable, humble and confident in himself and his ability to sell our property. From the moment that we engaged with Jay, my wife and I never questioned our decision to entrust him to sell our property. Jay provided us with relevant and reliable advice about a renovation that we were hoping to complete prior to putting the house on the market for sale. Without that advice I doubt that we would have achieved the final sale price. Jay was always punctual, the open houses were well presented and timely feedback provided about the success of same. Jay provided information about current house sales and auctions for his agency and others. Jay's knowledge of the real estate market was/is impeccable. At no stage did he give us false hope of getting an unachievable price.
