Have been leasing a property through kJ hooker Belconnen for several years. Their advice has been great and choice of tenants has been excellent. Very happy with the service.

Chloe was easy to deal with, actually listens to our needs and answers her phone. She found a tenant in no time at all that fitted in the environment.

We have worked with Jeanette Schofield (now retired) and Emily Glover for many years and are delighted with the ease of communication, attention to detail, experience in selecting tenants and the prompt and efficient service that they provide. We value having a person who responds to our emails promptly, relays requests or needs of tenants and keeps us informed.

We own a house in the ACT but live in another state. The house has been rented through LJ Hooker for almost ten years. Throughout this period LJ Hooker staff have provided a level of service that has built trust and confidence concerning their ability to manage our investment in a range of situations including changing tenants, maintenance issues, and with awkward and uncomfortable transitions. It is LJ Hooker's staff ability to work on our behalf, represent our values and concerns associated with our investment that makes the difference.

We have Emily Glover as our Property Manager on two residential properties and she has proven herself time after time. We currently have a bit of a difficult tenant in one property and she has been able to filter the complaints and report any "actual" issues in a prompt manner and always sees them through until they have been rectified. Our second property was listed for lease for only a blink of an eye before Emily was able to secure us a tenant for an exceptional price. As soon as the approval was given the tenant had signed the lease and moved in, in a span of about 3days (approval day included). Her communication with us is fantastic and she is certainly on the ball with all goings on in the tenancies. I'd highly recommend Emily as a Property Manager to anyone. Kind Regards Liz Thornton
