It is such a pleasure to have a trusted agent helping to ensure all goes smoothly in the leasing of our property. The little things, and the occasional challenge, are all managed exceptionally well due to the great communication, understanding and knowledge of Claudia and the LJH team. Thanks so much!

Could not fault the service we received from Marga O’Brien. After being herded through a number of properties in large groups by disinterested agents, it was so refreshing to be shown through our lovely new house by an agent who clearly knew a lot about the property and took a genuine interest in us and our requirements. Five stars all the way!

It has been more than ten years since I rented my first property through L. J Hooker. Their professionalism has deeply impressed me and saved me a lot of time. My current property manager is Emily Glover. She has good knowledge of the rental market, and is very experienced at screening applicants and checking references. This has ensured me to get high quality tenants and receive rents on time without troubles. She has done the property inspections regularly and sent me the detailed reports promptly. She is accessible and helpful. Any problems and concerns can be discussed with her straight away. This has given me the confidence that my properties have been well taken care of. As a buffer between the tenants and landlords she has worked hard to deal with problems in order to obtain the best possible solutions. I appreciate her efforts on my property management.

I have sent a query email from the LJ Hooker website and Chloe Kemp got in touch with me in regards to renting out my new unit at Infinity Towers. From day one she has been very professional and have dealt with great deal of patience. She has even given her honest suggestions on the current marketing trends for rental properties and believe has driven in the right direction. I would definitely recommend LJ Hooker and Chloe Kemp for any help with renting out properties in Canberra.

Chloe is my agent for our rental property, her response time to issues is second to none and I often receive follow up calls to ensure everything is ok, I could not ask for more from an agent and she deserves to be recognised by her commitment to client well being and satisfaction. Good job Chloe much appreciated. Regards, Michael Jenkins.
