Efficient and respectful agent !
We couldn't have asked for a better agent than Rhys. We had a great experience working with him when we bought a property. Professional & Sound Market Knowledge
We first met Rhys at open an inspection a couple years prior to us deciding to sell our place and he has maintain contact since day 1 looking for our potential future home. We highly recommend Rhys to any potential sellers especially with his knowledge of the market and great negotiation skills but most importantly he made us feel like we were in control and at ease. Seamless process, pleasure to deal with!
Rhys picked up on 'house/area' specific details that others would not have, showing a fantastic knowledge of the area, and a genuine affinity for understanding the client/s needs. He was prompt and organised in all communications and paperwork matters, and facilitated a quicker sale than anticipated, despite it being a tricky time of year. Patience in abundance
At the initial interview Rhys was confident without being overt. Was quick to set up an easy rapport with both my husband and I and we found him to be a great communicator without being intrusive. He always followed up what he said he was going to do. The whole process of arranging land titles, surveyors etc before going to market was much lengthier than anyone anticipated, but Rhys stuck with us and was exceptionally gracious with us during the whole process. Quick to respond at all times-even when it was late and after hours. Thankyou for your efforts Rhys-you made the whole process effortless and easy!!
